Background Information[]

B.D. Joe made his first appearance in 1999's Crazy Taxi. He is a 25-year old taxi driver who is always friendly and cheerful. To him, driving a cab is a line of work, of which he can make people happy. He's happiest when he can bring a smile to the face of his customers. B.D. Joe is a master of both driving and conversational techniques.

Fun Fact: B.D. Joe has the fastest Normal Floored Speed in the original Crazy Taxi.
