Hotsuma is a 
Green Campaign Hero from the Shinobi franchise. He is classified as a Legendary Striker Hero, and cannot be looted as he is a Legendary.
Background Information[]
Hotsuma is the main protagonist of the 2002's Shinobi. He was the leader of the Oboro clan and the holder of the Akujiki, an evil vampiric katana that feeds on the Yin of the slain. After the Oboro clan was wiped out by a host of Hellspawn, and an earthquake reduced Tokyo to a hellscape, Hotsuma journeyed through the ruins of the city to find and put a stop to the source of the upheaval.
Fun Fact: Hotsuma, in the history of Shinobi, is the first protagonist to become a tragic hero and die at a story's end.
